ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
1. An Annual subscription is a yearly payment arrangement where learners pay an upfront fee to access LIBM's course. Typically, within this subscription period, learners can access a variety of courses. Annual subscriptions run for a 12-month term and automatically renew for subsequent 12-month periods unless cancelled by the subscriber.
2. An annual subscription grants you (or your account) access to LIBM’s course library for one year. You may enrol in multiple courses concurrently as allowed by the plan. Subscribers may enrol in a maximum of 30 courses concurrently. A new course may only be started after completing one of the initial 30.
3. Course bundles and specialised programmes are not included unless expressly stated otherwise and may require an additional, separate purchase.
4. Learners who purchase an annual subscription at a discounted rate forfeit the right to request a refund, regardless of the reason, due to the discounted pricing applied.
5. Learners who complete 50% or more of multiple courses are ineligible to request a refund, regardless of the circumstances. LIBM reserves the right to deny such refund requests as outlined in the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
6. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year on the anniversary of your start date, charging your payment method each cycle. Upon renewal following the expiration of the initial term, the subscriber forfeits any right to a refund for the renewal charge. Subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent renewal of the next term.
7. If a renewal payment fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we may retry or suspend access until payment is made. If we cannot process payment within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to cancel your subscription. You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts.
LIFETIME PRIME MEMBERSHIP AND FAMILY LIFETIME
1. Lifetime Prime and Lifetime Family plans are one-time purchases granting lifetime access to LIBM's courses. These memberships remain in effect for the subscriber's lifetime or until LIBM ceases offering the Service, subject to the subscriber's continued use and compliance with these Terms.
2. A Lifetime Prime Member may have a maximum of 30 active courses at any time during their membership. A new course may only be started after completing one of the initial 30 courses, ensuring the total active course count remains at 30.
3. Lifetime Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable except as explicitly allowed under a Lifetime Family plan. Transfer of a lifetime membership to an unrelated third party is strictly prohibited.
4. Under a Lifetime Family plan, one parent account administrator may add or remove family members to the subscription. If the parent account is terminated for any reason, all associated family member accounts will also be terminated. Each family member's account retains its own individual progress and certificates.
5. Subscribers who purchase a Lifetime plan at a discounted price waive the right to request a refund under any circumstances due to the discounted pricing applied.
6. Subscribers who complete 50% or more of multiple courses under a Lifetime plan are ineligible to request a refund, regardless of the reason or circumstances.
7. LIBM reserves the right to revoke lifetime access in the event of breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of LIBM's policies.
