I am an aspiring HR head, but I need to learn more about employment law. Luckily, I stumble upon this course, and when I checked the modules they are providing, I immediately grab the opportunity, and I can say that it was one of my best decisions ever.
I took this course to help me make a career change. It is a great little course and I have learnt a lot through it. However. I am massively conscious of the fact that much of the discrimination legislation is out of date having been replaced with the Equality Act 2010. Please up date and also include a section on The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and it amendments and Enforced Subject Access which is an offence under the Data Protection Act.
Thanks
